We haven't seen a lot of these - they're far too rare, but the few we've seen that were sealed or still had the plastic wrap, all had this pattern. So it's probably due to the way this independent label sealed their records (and time) rather than a condition problem. The jacket doesn't appear to be affected by the pattern. There's an approximately 1 inch x 3/4 inch opening in the seal on the front near the upper left corner. The jacket doesn't have any holes or notches.
